A small market garden that will specialize in organically-grown vegetables and also house a small Airbnb business.

My wife and I are seeking 5-10 acres to create an immersive farm experience complete with a small market garden that produces organically-grown vegetables (1-2 acres), tree and soft fruits (1-2 acres), and chicken eggs (1 acre), a 3-7 unit "tiny house" Air BnB Business (2-3 acres), and a small event space (1 acre) to host retreats and dinners, etc.  We also plan to host WWOOF-ers (Worldwide Opportunities in Organic Farming volunteers) and hope to power the entire operation using solar panels.  On a long enough timeline, I also hope to start an after-market food products line that specializes in pasta sauces, salsas, pickled vegetables, and fruit butters.

Additional Details

I plan to utilize Eliot Coleman's "Real Organic" methods.  These include homegrown compost, green manuers, cover crops, minimal tillage, intensive farming methods, and season extension practices.

Additionally, because I'm only seeking to cultivate a small portion of the property for vegetable production, my equipment needs will be minimal in comparison to a conventional farming operation.  My goal is to be as non-mechanized (extremely limited petroleum needs) as possible.

Equipment and Infrastructure Details

As I mentioned above, my plan is to only cultivate a 1-2 acres for vegetable production, so my infrastructure needs are smaller than a conventional farming operation.  I do, however, still have needs and they are tiered.
