Under pivot irrigation
seeking regenerative agriculture partner
(5-10 years lease)
Seeking a partnership for regenerative agriculture on 60 watered acres off hwy 550 10 miles south of Durango, CO. We are set up for a hay crop infrastructure with access to equipment and storage. Excellent opportunity for income producing acreage with some hard work. Owner is experienced but cannot work due to age. We are dedicated to the idea of regenerative food production and want to see the land utilized over the long term for this purpose. Alternative forage crops, drought tolerant grass varieties, native crops or herbs are all possibilities for this beautiful parcel.
