Guidestone seeks a farmer or grazier to restore soil health on conserved property

Guidestone seeks to provide long-term land access to a farmer or grazier interested in transitioning a historic hay field to regenerative land management. Possibilities include vegetable operations or small animal grazing. Land management plan must comply with small-scale orchard establishment in progress. Buildings may be constructed within designated building envelope, per conservation easement. Guidestone received a grant for 2026 to establish apple trees and a hedgerow along the perimeter of the property, and is currently applying for NRCS conservation cost share assistance to improve irrigation infrastrcuture and water storage.
