Goals, Values, Vision
I live in a townhouse neighborhood and I want a place to plant my raspberries, Blueberries, Mulberries, and fig trees in the ground. I want lots of other fruiting trees and berry bushes as well and I'm interested in utilizing permaculture practices in order to manage and irrigate a very small sized garden less than 1 acre large. I mostly want to gauge how expensive of an endeavor this hobby will cost. Hoping it will be less money than is required to buy a house with a backyard in this economy. I've been gardening in pots for a total of 6 years but successfully for a combined time of about 2 years, so this will be very very new for me!

Production Practices
Additional Details
I want to plant a lot of trees, shrubs and flowers, low manipulation to the soil, strategically placed shade and water irrigation, ground cover plants that can be harvested and composted and that put nitrogen and nutrients back into the soil, strategic wood chips (responsibly sourced). Composting. Companion planting. Organic approved pest management such as: kaolin clay, neem oil, diatomaceous earth, beneficial mites and insects and nematodes, attracting beneficial wildlife (birds).

Equipment and Infrastructure Details
Fencing is my only must. Electrical a top second but I will invest in a solar setup if neccessary. I'd like a greenhouse or high tunnel but will settle if I can just have permission to put a similar structure on the property, a must for propagating young plants and raising figs in CO.
