Seeking
- Grazing Land
- >1000 acres
- Medium-term lease (5-9 years)
Desired Locations
We are a first generation, family owned beef producer in northern Colorado seeking to continue our production.
Goals, Values, Vision
Our lease is up March of '27 and we are looking for a new home for our herd. Our mission is to build a regenerative livestock operation rooted in stewardship, service, and education. Using practices like rotational grazing, we improve soil health, humane stockmanship, and produce high-quality beef. With grants from NRCS, we have grown a resilient, diversified operation. My wife, a former teacher, is passionate about educating others on regenerative ag, while my 20 years as a firefighter/medic shape our commitment to service. Our son serves in the Army, reinforcing our family values. Active in Colorado ag groups, we are committed to continuous learning and community connection

Production Practices
Additional Details
Our regenerative background is rooted in building a pasture-based livestock system that works with nature. We use rotational grazing to improve soil health, increase water retention, and restore ecosystems while raising 100% grass-fed livestock. We avoid synthetic inputs and rely on strong pasture management to support animal health. We’ve obtained grants and implemented conservation practices that strengthen our land and operation.
Desired Infrastructure
Equipment and Infrastructure Details
Ideally we would like the property to have basic perimeter fencing and one or more wells or water sources for livestock. Pasture rotations can be done with GPS collars. Electrical access would be nice for running basic small equipment.
