I'm building a long-term specialty agricultural operation centered on a high-value perennial crop that requires several years to reach production. I have a defined business plan, an established supplier relationship, and early plantings already in the ground.
I'm looking for 2–5 acres of open, well-drained land within 90 minutes of Denver, with reliable water access and flat to gently rolling terrain. Soil health and low-impact stewardship are central to how I work.
Because of the multi-year production timeline, I'm primarily seeking a long-term lease (10 years or more) though I'm open to partnership arrangements with the right landowner.
