Seeking
- Farmland
- 26-100 acres
- Short-term lease (1-4 years)
Desired Locations
Regenerative cattle operation seeking agricultural land for grazing and livestock management in Colorado.
Goals, Values, Vision
Our vision is to build a financially resilient, ecologically vibrant livestock operation rooted in adaptive managed grazing and soil health restoration across Colorado. By keeping living roots in the ground, maximizing plant diversity, and integrating rotational cattle grazing, we aim to eliminate off-farm feed dependency, improve water retention, and build long-term land equity.
Key Objectives:
- Ecological Stewardship: Restore soil microbiology, mitigate drought risk, and boost pasture productivity through planned rotational grazing.
- Operational Independence: Achieve 100% forage self-sufficiency with quality pasture and hay to protect against volatile feed markets.

Production Practices
Additional Details
We practice adaptive multi-paddock (AMP) rotational grazing focused on soil regeneration. By dynamically moving livestock based on forage recovery, we maximize root depth, organic matter, and water infiltration while controlling weeds. High-density grazing combined with on-site hay management eliminates off-farm feed inputs.
100% Grass raised grass fed cattle with USDA certified processing to provide top quality products to local restaurants and our local community. Small animals can include sheep or goats. Chicken Coupe and a couple dairy cows. ei ei oooo :)

Desired Infrastructure
Equipment and Infrastructure Details
We require functional perimeter fencing and interior cross-fencing for rotational grazing. Reliable on-site water infrastructure (spigot, tanks, or hydrants) is essential for livestock stock tanks. Access to basic handling facilities (corrals/chutes), equipment storage, and electrical access ensures efficient daily herd management and operational security, while these would make our lives easier they are not all hard requirements.
