Goals, Values, Vision
We've been travelling the country and working on farms for the last four years in our van turned RV, gaining the skills and experience to start our own enterprise. The first year we volunteered on two dozen farms, and the last three years we've managed market gardens, farmstands, and kitchens from the desert to the mountains. Now we're looking to settle down and start a high-intensity, regenerative, small market garden and animal operation that's vertically integrated with a farmstand, bakery, cafe, and event space, all on the farm, with a touch of beauty. We see it as a destination experience, a community hub, a place to shop, eat, and connect. We also see it as a phased development.

Additional Details
We envision a half-acre to one-acre, organic market garden to supply the farmstand, restaurant, and perhaps a few other outlets early on. It'll be managed with high-intensity, human-scale, regenerative processes. And it will be open to visitors; so, beauty will be an integral element. We also envision five to ten acres of pasture for intensive rotational grazing of layers, broilers, and pigs. The diversified farm will create jobs in the community.

Ideally, the site would have some sort of building(s) that could house the farmstand/bakery/cafe, with water, electric, and a walk-in fridge. We're open to restoring old barns and buildings; we're open to newly constructing all the necessary elements, as well.
