I started cooking a decade ago out of a belief that food is one of the most powerful levers we have for making the world better for people and for the planet. I'm opening my first restaurant in Denver, focused on produce-forward, honest cooking. It's the first step in a longer vision that connects the kitchen directly to the land it depends on. A true full chain, from how something is grown to how it ends up on a plate. I understand what it takes to run an agricultural operation, and the value of a relationship built on mutual respect and shared values.
