Vision: To become a steward of a functioning farm operation and put deeps root down in a community filled with folks who believe that small is beautiful, that access to clean food and water are human rights, and that neighbors who know and look out for one another make for a more vibrant, safer, and joy-filled world.
Plans: Acquire an operating farm & bring my decades of experience in hospitality to bear on creating delicious, locally crafted food experiences for the surrounding community.
I have a long background in knowing what happens once the food makes it from the farm to the table. I am now looking to live in space where I can learn how to steward the food from the soil to the plate.
