Goals, Values, Vision
Our vision is to scale our business into a full-time livelihood. We are dedicated to regenerating the landscape through Adaptive Multi-Paddock (AMP) grazing, prioritizing soil and animal health. Andrew leverages his civil engineering background to design efficient infrastructure and grazing systems, while Sarah’s upbringing on a wheat farm provides the essential grit and business acumen. We envision a thriving ecosystem that sustains both the land and our family.

Additional Details
We currently utilize Adaptive Multi-Paddock (AMP) grazing on our lease at the City of Fort Collins Pryor Farm. Managing a seasonal herd of 30 yearlings, we have achieved dramatic improvements in stand density and forage quality in just two years. We manage flood irrigation across half the property and rely on a custom water distribution system—designed and built by us—to ensure access to stock water across all 85 acres. We intend to replicate these successful regenerative strategies and infrastructure improvements on future leases.

Equipment and Infrastructure Details
While existing infrastructure is a bonus, our operation is highly adaptable. Our only strict requirements to launch are stock water and perimeter fencing. We are proactive partners in land development; if a perimeter fence is needed, we can help construct it. Furthermore, we can utilize our expertise to design and install a custom water distribution system to support grazing across the property. To demonstrate our commitment to the land, we are also open to cost-sharing agreements for the necessary materials.
