Open to ideas

I would like to eventually have the land be multi-use with animals, vegetables, orchard trees, and prairie grasses.

Water Rights

I have water rights.

Water Source

Irrigation Ditch

Irrigation Infrastructure

Flood irrigation with gated pipe right now but I’m open to switching systems for the right operation.

Additional Details

I have access to irrigate 35 acres but there will need to be some work done to get the water to the right place. I have lots of gated pipe that can be used and I can help get the water to where it needs to be.

Farm Infrastructure

  • Irrigation Equipment
  • Tractor

Will the landholder live on site?

Yes

No, the property does not have a livable structure, but may allow temporary housing

Description of Housing

there is no housing here now but, for the right arrangement I could possibly allow an RV, yurt, tiny house. I’m willing to work with you on this.

Would the property qualify for organic certification?

I'm not sure

Is the property certified organic?

No

  • Large Animal Grazing
  • Laying Hens

Additional Production Details

I have a total of 35 acres of which about 15 are usable. I have water rights to irrigate all 35 acres but the water is currently not getting to the property very efficiently. I’m open to any use types and any size needs up to about 15 acres.
