This is a 125 acre partially improved property which we will be building our home over the next 18 months.  I have experience in farming in southern Ohio and ranching in Southeast Texas but no cold weather Colorado ranching experience. The small ranch is approximately 37 acres of grazing meadow and the remainder of the property is partially wooded and grassed, largely with aspen. The property is not currently fenced. About 1/3 of the property is bordered by a backdrop mountain that requires no fencing. I optimally would like to seek an improvement lease to create fencing in exchange for grazing. We are very flexible on duration of a lease. Alternatively, we'd hire a part time ranch hand.
