Latchman Family Farm is a family legacy project, we're building a regenerative agricultural operation over the next 10-15 years with the goal of eventually living and working the land full time. Our vision includes native wildflower meadows, beekeeping, a u-cut Christmas tree operation, agrotourism, and eventually cattle.
We're seeking a partner who shares our commitment to natural practices. In return we offer highway frontage, excellent access, mature Christmas trees, and deeply motivated landowners who will invest in this land for generations.
This is not a transactional arrangement — we want a real partner who loves the land as much as we do.
