Seeking a values-aligned agricultural partner for our family's regenerative farm on Highway 83 in Franktown, Colorado.

Latchman Family Farm is a family legacy project, we're building a regenerative agricultural operation over the next 10-15 years with the goal of eventually living and working the land full time. Our vision includes native wildflower meadows, beekeeping, a u-cut Christmas tree operation, agrotourism, and eventually cattle.

We're seeking a partner who shares our commitment to natural practices. In return we offer highway frontage, excellent access, mature Christmas trees, and deeply motivated landowners who will invest in this land for generations.

This is not a transactional arrangement — we want a real partner who loves the land as much as we do.

Quality of Land

37.72 acres in the Highway 83 corridor, Franktown, Douglas County. Majority of acreage features mature Christmas trees with remaining open acreage suitable for dryland grazing or meadow establishment. No irrigated acreage and no water bodies or wetlands. Property is flat to gently rolling. No well currently on property. Decreed Denver Basin water rights in place across five aquifers for future well development. Excellent highway access with road on two sides.
