Vista Meadows Ranch is seeking a values-aligned farm partner to cultivate up 1 acre portion of our 40-acre working ranch

Vista Meadows Ranch is developing a small-scale market garden that supports productive agriculture and an elevated agritourism experience. The growing area will include up to 20 production rows, basic irrigation infrastructure, full hookups, and two 14’ x 50’ caterpillar tunnels. The production model will focus primarily on cut florals, with select rows for vegetables, herbs, and seasonal farm stand crops. Vista Meadows will provide the land and basic infrastructure, while the grower brings the production plan, crop expertise, daily management, harvesting, and sales strategy. Production areas should be intentional, well-maintained, and visually aligned with the Vista Meadows Ranch experience

Currently a domestic well is in place. The current domestic well permit allows for watering of 1 acre of garden irrigation domestic animals and livestock. Augmentation plan can be attainable if and when there is a need as the operation grows.

Tenure Arrangement Details

Vista Meadows Ranch is considering a farmer-favorable pilot partnership for the first growing season. Vista Meadows will provide access to a designated growing area, two caterpillar tunnels, initial irrigation setup, and equipment storage. Full hookups will also be available. In exchange, the grower will manage crop planning, planting, maintenance, harvest, and sales for crops grown within the designated area.

No base rent will be charged during the pilot season. The intent of the pilot is to reduce the Grower’s early financial burden while allowing Vista Meadows to activate the land for meaningful agricultural production and reinvest any revenue share back into farm infrastructure.
