Vista Meadows Ranch is seeking a partnership with an experienced grower to cultivate a 1 acre portion of our 40-acre working farm and ranch in Buena Vista, Colorado. We will provide access to land and collaborate on basic infrastructure such as irrigation setup, growing areas, and farm stand integration. The right partner will bring agricultural experience, a production plan, and interest in a profit-share or hybrid lease model. The property will include a small farm stand and a hospitality component, so there may also be opportunities for vegetables, herbs, flowers, lavender, farm products, and guest-facing experiences.
