General Information

Quality of Land

Land is on the west side of the Animas River with plenty of water shares to pull off the River. This property was formerly Wonuka Farms, but had not been in operation for many years. Extensive soil sampling for 300 pesticides and heavy metals returned clear results on this former permaculture site. Land is vacant with some cottonwood trees on it. Fenced in and borders the Animas River. Needs weeding.

Entrance is off Highway 550 through the old Glider park gate to get to the entrance to the lot.
