Goals, Values, Vision
Born and raised in the cattle and bison business. We am looking for grazing lands for several small bison herds for medium to long term pastures leases. RRR supplies about 50 local restaurants with bison meat, ships direct to consumer to the lower 48 states and brokers large volumes of bison organ meats and bones to the pet treat industry. We have a cold storage location in Commerce City, CO. We have about 65 to 90 head of bison mother cows. Some are stuck in a feed yard while we look for more grazing lands. We currently have bison in Hartsel, Hudson & Wray, CO. We are trying to grow the herd to 200 mother bison cows. We work with numerous small bison ranchers through out Colorado.

Desired Infrastructure
Equipment and Infrastructure Details
Corrals and fencing is about all we need plus water and grass. We own our own Cold Storage facility in Commerce City, CO. Harvesting of bison is done in Pierce, CO. We need grazing lands to move out several small 20 hd to 50 hd bison herds. We have our moveable bison panels if needed for corral systems. We have our own JD 4010 with a loader. Irrigated pastures allow for a lower acreage per bison pair. Calves will be weaned each year and moved offsite if needed. If hay ground is available we can put up our own winter hay for winter feeding. Winter feeding should be limited to less than 4 months and prefers less than 4 months. Pasture and grass production should be managed accordingly.
