An ideal partnership would use the land to graze animals such as goats or sheep, but cattle are also possible.

I envision this property being used for multiple purposes including grazing animals like goats, sheep or cattle, as well as horses. Bison would also do well on the land. I can see revitalizing the chicken coop for laying hens. I can also see the possibility of putting up one or more greenhouses for specialty plants.

Quality of Land

Parts of the 57 acre property were a sandstone quarry 50 years ago. It sits on a hill with a cliff on the west side and all but the cliff side has a perimeter fence.  Approximately 50% has grass, sparse trees and other woody shrubs to be used for pasture. Currently there are three pastures, but room for more.  We are willing to provide cisterns for water.  We envision having goats and sheep for our livestock with either llamas and/or guard dogs for predator protection   Also there is a small pond with a picnic area to be enjoyed by guests.. Approximately one acre is occupied by buildings associated with the property.  All parts of the extensive property is connected by a series of rural road

Water Rights

I do not have water rights.

Domestic Well (without augmentation plan), Pond (without surface rights)

Additional Details

There is a pond on the property that dates back to the 19th century when it was created when that part of the property was a quarry. There is an exempt domestic use well on the property. I am willing to add stock tanks and cisterns
